SEC. 442. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS FOR PARTS B THROUGH D OF TITLE VIII.

Section 841 of the Public Health Service Act (42

U.S.C. 297q) is amended to read as follows:

"SEC. 841. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

For the purpose of carrying out parts B, C, and D (subject to section 845(g)), there are authorized to be ap-propriated $338,000,000 for fiscal year 2010, and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 2011 through 2016..
