Remember how many times...
… Kos regulars made the point that it’s a site for Democrats, not just Democrats of a particular stripe.
That was then, this is now.
A great pity..
I’m not a particular fan of either Dem candidate, but I had bailed on Kos long before this; can’t even remember now what the last straw was, like elayneriggs notes, it was probably one of his sexist outbursts. The site used to be worthwhile, and watching it deteriorate like this really does hurt.
For me it was
when he delinked the late lamented MaxSpeak from his blogroll.
(Max is still alive, far as I know, but had to stop blogging because of a new job about six months ago).
His apoplexy over this kind of stuff would have known no bounds.
Kos doesn't care
There have been a series of blow ups where a whole group of people have left, only to be replaced by an even larger group of new comers. His site statistics are through the roof and his advertising will recover.
None of that is important, what is important that we continue the dialog in other parts of lefty blogosphere.
Heck, maybe it's is business model

…..if Senator SnakeOil gets the nod and loses in the GE the GOS could have a problem.
