Here you find a 29 year old Afghani woman who is not long for this world. She says she does not foresee a long life. I believe her.
In Afghanistan, as in Iraq, the US is the not the defender of the weak and the poor, but rather a complicit partner in the exercise of authoritarian power.
Maybe even the architect.

Children being used (as tools) against Malalai Joya’s expulsion from Parliament
Earlier, I wrote a very informative article titled “Malalai Joya from Women Right to Afghan Mellat’s Secret Weapon” where I mentioned enough of Malalai Joya’s meaningless outcries which captured some attention from the media.
After Joya’s shameful interview on Afghanistani TV, based in California, where she abused all Afghanstani Farsi-speaking and writing authors, she then left for Afghanistan where she quickly appeared on National TV in Kabul to discuss her latest trip to the West.
An argument ensued between Malalai Joya and the interviewer/announcer regarding the content/topic of the speeches she gives outside of Afghanistan. During the discussion, the announcer made a valid point when he stated, “You call yourself a ‘women defender’ in our country, but we have never heard you mention a word about the lives of Afghanistani women in your whole trip to the West. Why is that?”
Instead of answering that particular question, Joya kept talking about warlords and criminals and bypassed the question altogether. The announcer requested that Joya answer the question he had asked or at least address it, Joya changed the subject and stated something along the lines of “I am not finished yet. Let me tell you, instead, what is going on in our lawmaking house. Our lawmaking house is ‘a stable of animals.’” Anyhow the whole interview became nonsensical.
The next day, the National TV broadcasted her interview clip in a “politic jokes show.”
When the people heard what Joya called them, the reaction was swift and she has been suspended from the Parliament.
Anyhow, as every Afghanistani citizen knows, Joya is not a well-educated woman. She has a high school diploma from an illegal refugee school in Pakistan. Joya became a member of RAWA (Revolutionary Association of the Women of Afghanistan) and she sold their newsletters in the marketplace of Afghanistani refugees in Pakistan.
I would like to say a few things about RAWA at this point. Meena Keshwar Kamal, an ethnic Pashtun woman, founded RAWA in 1977 on behalf of women’s rights. Shortly after, Meena moved to Pakistan and started fighting against communists in Afghanistan. It was during this time that Pakistan was dying to find an Afghanistani person who was against the new regime. Meena linked up with the Pakistani government and received financial support from ISI (Pakistani Intelligent Service). She built her strong political base in the city of Quetta in Pakistan. In just a few years Mrs. Meena became favorable in the eyes of Pakistani politicians. Afghanistani fundamentalist, Gulbuddin Hekmatyar, who is also an ethnic Pashtun and also Pakistani’s favorite Islamic radical leader, took a jealousy-infused action against Meena and assassinated her. After the death of Meena, ISI started indirectly controlling RAWA through unknown leaders till this day and use the organization as an Afghanistan women movement.
During the first days of Malalai Joya’s speaking out in Parliament, people disliked her for being a strong member of RAWA. But she was supported by many political parties and was able to still maintain a position in Parliament. In light of Joya’s being a poorly educated person, it is not surprising as to why she would compare the Parliament to that of a stable.
After Joya was suspended from the Parliament, there were many articles written by the ex-Taliban workers and Afghan pro-communists and the Afghan Mellat Party. Now, I will come to my point as to why I am writing this. Everyone can ride an ownerless car. Meaning, Afghanistan politics is a car and it seems that anyone can ride it or anyone can have control over it. If the world takes a deep look at Afghanistan, especially in the politics, I bet they will laugh. On May 24, 2007 RAWA members closed a children school in the Farah province and brought them to the streets to demonstration against the expulsion of Joya from the Parliament, and show to the world that there are people who defend and support Joya and all that she says.
In a country like Afghanistan where all the educational systems were nearly destroyed throughout the years, where the oldest people cannot even write or read their mother language, how can these younger children be able to decide whom to support politically? Isn’t it a crime to use children for your own agenda? Does Joya ever think that there are people who are closely watching her? Does she think the whole world is filled with fools?
Joya always speaks in the Farsi language whenever she is inside Afghanistan. On May 25, there were also hundreds of people demonstrating against the expulsion of Joya from the Parliament in the southern province of Jalalabad
First of all, southern people in Afghanistan don’t speak Farsi; they barely understand a single word of it. So how did these people who demonstrated for Joya ever understand Joya’s speeches? Do you see these Burkas; they are newly bought for these women to wear. A poor widowed woman wearing this burka in Afghanistan? Usually, the slogans are very short sentences so why is the girl reading the slogans from a paper? Who wrote the slogan for her to say? Shouldn’t she know what to say when defending Joya and not have to read someone else’s writings? The bearded men that you see in this picture, they are from the same tribes of Mr. Abdul Jabar Sabet who is currently serving as attorney general of Afghanistan. Sabet was a former member of the Islamic Movement of Gullboddin Hekmatyar, who is on America’s most wanted terrorist list and was the number one enemy of the (United Front) Northern Alliance.
Who knows exactly who is hiding under those new burkas. Could be men or women. Whom do you think bought them? ISI Pakistan or Mr. Abdul Jabar Sabet?
On May 29 a group of women showed in Pulkhomry northern city. The reporter of Afghan News Paper interviewed some women every three women, tow of them said ‘’they do not know who Malalai Joya is. One of those women said ‘’ they took some people who were begging at street and told us to come here we are giving aids, but we haven’t get anything yet’’
(If you know Farsi, read the article in Afghan Paper News official website here) http://www.afghanpaper.com/tbody.php?id=…
Everywhere else in the world, there are politicians and citizens demonstrating, not young children who barely know the alphabet and who are hardly old enough to make their own decisions. Do you think she has fooled the world? Or is she just making a fun out of herself? Using children as a tool (weapons) for fulfilling her own project is a BOLD crime against the Universal Declaration of Human Rights policy!
Regarding childern being used
Dear blogger,
Your blog caught my eyes, when I was searching to find out who Abdul Jabar Sabet is. Your article with the above headings is very interesting and well presented to fool only one person and that’s yourself. I have never liked Malalai Joya, not because she is outspoken but because she doesn’t make sense when it comes to diplomacy. I truly agree with you that if she represents the Afghan woman, then why she is not addressing the Afghan women concerns rather then pushing for bringing the Northern Alliance criminals to justice. It is the work of real man to bring those thugs to justice not a woman.
Your slogans for calling Afghans, Afghanistani is world known phenomenon, which your traitor Massoud was pursuing. What has this achieved him? A place in hell for himself, and a traitorous name for its poor and subjugated nation, Tajik. Do you know the poor provinces in Afghanistan and who are the riches people in those provinces or perhaps in whole of Afghanistan? If you don’t know then I shall enlighten you. The poorest provinces in Afghanistan are Badakhshan, Panjshir, Jozjan and Bamian. And the rulers of these provinces are Rabani, Fahim, Abdullah, Qanoni, Dostum and Mohqiq. These are among the richest Afghans around the globe. Their business is not only extended to Afghanistan, but Dubai, Pakistan, Iran, Russia, UK, USA China, Japan and Korea. Now, one question arises in an Afghan sympathiser’s mind, where did they earn this money from? Who have supported them and with whose blood they are what they are? The answer to this is that they have used their people from the provinces and waged a bloody war against the whole Afghanistan, in which only the poor people of those provinces paid the price not them. Then why don’t they invest as little as possible to at least save the lives of thousands poor mothers who die from maternity in Badakhshan and Panjshir. You can check the UN statistics for this.
These people are not there to represent the people of those respective provinces but to fill their pockets with as much money as possible and give a comfort life to their own families, in Dubai, London, Toronto and Ankara.
These people were used by the Russians at the time of their Afghanistan adventure. Contracts were signed with them for as little as just over hundred thousands Dollars to let the Russian conveys go that they could massacre two and a half million Afghans. Of course, you are going to say that it were tactical agreements. These tactical agreements have cost us two and a half million people.
And now, more recently they have been used like condoms by the west, whom they helped, invade our bleeding country once again. So, what are you guys going to say when they leave? That this was a tactical agreement as well or you are going to deny it for some time that it was not you who helped them invade our country?
In Pashto, we say that dog is needed for a purpose and that purpose is to bark and keep the house safe from danger. But the purpose does not guarantee the dog a place in side the house.
These Northern Alliance thugs are dogs, they are used by the west for a purpose and do you expect them a place in a government?
They can’t help the people who have spelled their own blood to give them leadership; do you expect them to help the whole Afghanistan?
The only way you could secure the leadership of Afghanistan through the means of unity and Islam. You can not win a seat in a parliament by calling Afghans Afghanistanis. And remember, one thing as soon as these pay masters of yours leave Afghanistan or they are forced to leave Afghanistan like your ex pay Masters (Russians), believe me these poor and beloved Tjiks, Hazara and Uzbeks will not have any place in the history of Afghanistan. I feel for them, because they are our brothers. So the sooner you do something the better.
Change your slogans, talk of unity and Islam. We are all Afghans and from Afghanistan. Whether, we are Pashtons, Tajiks, Hazara or Uzbeks. Do not be fooled by the tyrants of the west and work for unity.
By the way Jalalabad is in the East and Malalai Joya is from Farah, which is in southwest Afghanistan.
