Air Combat Command operations to stand down on September 14th

    This looks like the beginnig of a "Failures Report"

    The incident at Minot has caused Air Combat Command to order what's called a stand down next Friday, September 14th. The day will be devoted to reviewing procedures related to the handling of nuclear weapons.
