What jumped out at me? In a word: money. That's what the vicitims really have in common here. They had some, and the system the state maintains to process children of divorcing parents allowed this sadist to extract it from them in the most disgusting way. Predatory State indeed.

I won't tackle the opinions in the above post, except to say that as a whole "social services" in this country are really fucked up. A lot of us wonder that it's not on purpose. Look at what happened to the families in this guy's case: time and time again, they pay for literally ruinous state-sanction humiliation and sexual assualt. Nice, eh? Well, the sad fact is that if you look for them, you can find horror stories about how families get sucked into the system and spit out in little chunks every fraking day. From schools to courts to jails, the poor are kicked around like so many turnips, each boot in their face tipped with a spike to draw another couple of drops of blood to feed our vampiric masters.

Yeah, I can wax bitter and polemical about this topic. I did live it, during my own divorce. Heart is trying to get people to think about the women, I'd add that they should also think about the children. Sending kids to live with molesters and abusers means more of your taxdollars will be spent "dealing" with them later on. I looked, and I couldn't find out if this guy is a Republican, but it would be irresponsible not to speculate.

It hardly matters. The point is that he flourished, as a pervert and sadist who played his little games with human lives, and got nothing but support and cover from the state that hired him.
