The entertainment industry
(Geffen, RIAA, MPAA and lots of others) donates a lot more to Dems than Republicans, so electing Democrats tends to further Hollywood's agenda on restricting information.
Biden seems to be among the worst though on information issues as well as privacy and Constitutional issues.
I still think one of the funniest comments I've seen was the one at dailyKos that said in effect "Oh Boy! Now we'll have two Constitutional lawyers in the White House!"
