Bonus Misogynist of the Day

Spread your legs for the cause, White Woman. Your country needs you. So Speaketh Zell:

It hasn’t gotten widespread play yet, but former U.S. Sen. Zell Miller made a little news this week in Macon when he declared that abortion has contributed to the military’s manpower shortage, the Social Security crisis, and the flow of illegal immigrants into the United States.
“How could this great land of plenty produce too few people in the last 30 years? Here is the brutal truth that no one dares to mention: We’re too few because too many of our babies have been killed,” Miller said.

“Over 45 million since Roe v. Wade in 1973. If those 45 million children had lived, today they would be defending our country, they would be filling our jobs, they would be paying into Social Security,” the former Georgia governor said. “Still, we watch as 3,700 babies are killed every single day in America. It is unbelievable that a nation under God would allow this.”

Someone please go point out to him that not all these slaughtered snowflakes were white Baptists. Seriously, I wonder how funny it would be to confront one of the antichoice nutjobs with the factual figures about the racial breakdown of aborted Fetus-Americans. Do you think many of them would weep to know that due to a lack of reproductive options in Gilead rural white areas, lots and lots of these lost Quiverfulls were in fact the not-quite-children of Ham?

Let me quote "The Handmaid's Tale." Not "my" baby, OUR baby! I wonder if my patriarch will call me OfDyke.

Le Coulter would say we should shoot more doctors

In fact, she did:

During her March 3 remarks at Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church..., noting that seven doctors and clinic personnel had been killed, Coulter said, “Those few abortionists were shot, or, depending on your point of view, had a procedure with a rifle performed on them. I’m not justifying it, but I do understand how it happened....The number of deaths attributed to Roe v. Wade about 40 million aborted babies and seven abortion clinic workers; 40 million to seven is also a pretty good measure of how the political debate is going.”

Ah, the old "I can understand it" dodge...

(Thanks, blue gal)

Good reading! Favorite quote: What could go wrong?
Beyond war, inflation, the end of the technology/productivity wave, and financial collapse, we think the most potent and short-term threat would be societies demanding a more ‘equitable’ share of wealth.
