The Maryland Court of Appeals has ruled against the Green and Libertarian Parties in our defense of our 2010-2011 ballot access petition.
This means the Green Party must collect 3,000 verified signatures of registered Maryland voters by August 6th to remain recognized as a political party. WE NEED YOUR HELP to reach this goal.
