Dems 2016: Will Hillary Clinton clear the field?

Dear Lord.

Remember when "a week is a long time in politics"? 2016 is three years away, people! That's "in the long run, we're all dead" territory.

OK, I can't resist. The first test of 2016 will be the endorsement primary, even more important then the money primary. Who gets invited to campaign for other politicians is a very accurate measure of their popularity. Look for both Clintons to get plenty of invitations. If she accepts she may or may not run for President. If she does not accept these invitations, it means she is not running. The first test is this year's gubernatorial races in NJ and VA.
