Who knew you could grow bamboo in DC? This Flatlander sure didn’t.

You’d never see this in the Midwest. There, SUVs outnumber cars, even in economically depressed areas. I guess people aren’t so into 4- wheeling around here.

I love this plate. Everyone seems to have it, I assume it’s a ’vanity’ option. I’ll have to learn more about the issue; I’ve read about it but now that I’m a local I suppose I should develop an opinion.

…our nation’s capitol is truly beautiful. I’ll see what I can do to remove the filth that are currently inhabiting much of it. I’m also taking suggestions about places to go, people to harass, and things to do. I don’t really know the town well, but already I’ve found activities of interest and made some friends. This is going to be fun.
