well, duh

companies like deloitte will go out of business [or at least have to drastically re-engineer themselves] if paying for and delivering healthcare becomes easy and streamlined. they only thrive so long as the system remains complex, with many players, all of whom are alternately colluding and stabbing each other in the back.

World Congress

They use the term "world" almost like Major League Baseball and the National Basketball Association crown world champions. I guess at least MLB and the NBA each have one team from Canada.
