Brought to you by the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, a McClatchy paper. A few years ago the Dallas Cowboys' new stadium was a ballot initiative in Arlington, and it really was against the law to vote in a Cowboys jersey.

Now, not so much. Tarrant County Elections Administrator Steve Raborn even took the unpredented step of launching a rumor watch page on his office's web site to address some of the most common misconceptions.
Full Disclosure: Tarrant County is five hours' drive east of me.
