That was under the previous administration (Treasury I). Under the new administration (Treasury II):

[WARREN] "... and then, what I think is the most important thing of all. Here we are, we're struggling to get the economy out of the ditch. But the real questin is, we're starting to think it through: What's it going to look like going forward. Because that's what we're going to decide in about the next six months or so. And this is what America's going to look like for the next 50 years."

Those are the stakes. Great to see the blogosphere on it.
