"Embarassing"

Teasury Secretary Henry Paulson and Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke said Congress needs to act swiftly to preserve the health of the U.S. economy and stem a widening crisis that started with housing and has spread to other areas.

"You know, I share the outrage that people have," said Paulson. "It's embarrassing to look at this, and I think it's embarrassing to the United States of America."

You know, Hank -- if I may call you Hank -- there are a lot of people who are finding your Clusterfuck and your trillion dollar bailout a little more than embarassing.

But hey, who wanted to retire, anyhow?

NOTE Thank gawd the country is in "the safe hands of the investment banks"!
