    There was intense anger among social conservative activists in Washington yesterday, and some called for House Speaker J. Dennis Hastert (R-Ill.) to resign.

    Film at 11! Social conservatives are angry about something!

    Still, if some of these guys really are calling for Denny "See no evil" Hastert to resign, maybe at least a small minority of them have principles other than lust for power.

    That's an encouraging development.
