It’s happening! It’s really happening!
I like to take a break and watch the bees buzz about from flower to flower; tomato flowers and, today, squash flowers. Not many honey bees, though; mostly bumble bees.

Congradulations
to the proud father!
Confused by the title
Is there a Terry Schaivo connection I don’t understand? A tomato is a fruit, not a vegetable.
Oh and don’t concern yourself with the honeybees. The Africanized strain is doing quite well and with global warming they should be helping fertilize your garden in a few short years. When they do arrive, you really will want to remember to keep those unscreened windows closed.
It's an Eschtonian in-joke IIRC
The first one to post a comment would post “Frist” — like “teh” for “the,” I think.
NOTE [delayed reaction] Ouch!

I'm jealous
The deer ate my tomatoes down to nubbins, and now that they have recovered it’s too hot in Texas for the blooms to set.
You don't know what jealousy is, yet
Wait ’til I start posting about eating them — assuming, of course, that the deer don’t eat them!
