Interestingly, Obama is still below 45%. According to Real Clear Politics, he’s never topped 45% in any poll.

I’ve been hearing that people are getting a lot of calls in recent days with more hang-ups and quick “I’m voting for Hillary” messages. That could depress responses. SUSA is the ONLY poll that shows Hillary losing ground. If you look at the trends overall, Hillary is going up in all but one poll. Even the best of them have off days. But we’ll find out soon enough.

Wouldn’t the fact that Clinton swung back help her? I read how confrontations increase voter turnout, contrary to conventional wisdom. Basically, it’s best to never stay hit.

Whatever. I’m going back to work with a knot in my stomach. Honestly, it’s not even about Clinton, but knowing full well she’s our only chance in the GE. If she’s gone, we’re gone in November.

Obama want to depress the vote totals, because the fewer people that vote means Hillary’s winning margin percentage translates to fewer net votes gained.
