Tyler Durden notes how effectively DHS has limited our right to be free of warrantless invasions of property, privacy, rights.

Just another area where Obama has enhanced and cemented actions begun by Bush/Cheney. Such a constitutional scholar prez!

I had not realized I live within the 100 mile corridor from the coast which means DHS can arbitrarily search and detain. I wonder when DHS will be coming to a bridge crossing near me, either, say, over the Delaware River or the Hudson. Or when DHS will be coming to homes to take electronic equipment for analysis....

IIRC, police have radiation detectors within and close to NYC.
