The tasty line
was where Sanger wrote that the sum achievement of the last several months is "a tactical political victory for Mr. Bush" which is all that matters, other people's life and limb and treasure and anything meaningful to anyone else, not so much.
Sanger should take some Valtrex with that ciggie.

Hurl dumptruck-loads full of mud and slime, cut off any 'dangerous' candidates from money and media, hack the voting machines? Sure. But the Powers That Be will only out-and-out cancel the elections if they are totally desperate.
