    Now that the hedge funds are up in the game remember this . . .

    The Carlyle group bought Sun Guard ; Together with IBM they now have their own private pipeline for trading. Together with Monitor 110 we now have unregulated shadow markets siphoning off America’s wealth.

    The Sun Guard software seems to resemble the kind of thing PTech/PROMIS did.
