Well, strictly speaking, they're not denying service: they just refuse to pay for it. Hey, no problem!

[I'd title this one "In which ALNM is prematurely correct", except that I can't find my comments from this past summer in which I pointed out this very problem with the bill we had then. Oh, well. I don't want credit, I just want actual affordable health care.]
