Wild Mountain Lion Bond--aka "frankie blue eyes/international cat of mystery" caught here in mid-career
++++

Chewy Portlander, aka the Cat Formerly Known as Chubby
Brief background: the man who took care of CP reneged on his promise to pay half the bills for Chubby's much-needed surgery and so the post-surgical meowpuss came to live with us--time passed: the old man died, the pale blue light of television his last sweet kiss...and we renamed his cat. MJS, I don't mean to embarrass you, so any such embarrassment that arises from what I'm about to write please consider as unintentional collateral damage...you are a born writer...and your ability to see in many and mysterious ways informs your photographs.
evidence of neo-natal writing talent: "time passed: the old man died, the pale blue light of television his last sweet kiss..."
I also love the notion of a cat's life being a career said cat could be in the "mid" of..."international cat of mystery is damn good too...
Chubby Portlander is a wonderful name...
The entire post and the pictures give texture to why we pay attention to what Bush & company is doing to degrade all life on this planet...

Does anyone know how Lisa is doing? Family illness caused her to stop blogging, I must say I still miss her.
What's with the italics in my comment?
I have no idea why my comment is italicized; it wasn't in preview; I checked MJS'S post, he appears to have closed the at the end of his...?
Lambert? Anyone?
Italics fixed
