[Welcome Sideshow readers!]
"Him"? Not.
"I said I voted for 'em,'" Edwards said in an interview shortly afterwards with USA TODAY. "I'm a Southerner. ... It wasn't meant to be male or female."
So -- not to wax triumphalist -- Corrente was right to be skeptical and the OFB
wankfest on a putative Edwards endorsement was completely misplaced.
Like that never happened before.
We'll be waiting for a correction ...
NOTE Hat tip, Sarah.
NOTE Cue the OFB posts saying Edwards said Obama was "likely to be" the nominee. Kidz, that's not what this post is about.
NOTE And Cue the next wankfest, which will be that Clintonian Mind Control Rays™, beamed from Mount Evil, forced Edwards to say he didn't really mean what he obviously said.

Did anyone hear the "m"
I didn't. I was looking for it. I didn't hear it.
all I heard was "er"
It just doesn't matter!
Edwards should feel free to announce his endorsement at any time, now that North Carolina has voted.
I think he has been more than fair enough to both candidates by withholding his endorsement this long.
OxyCon
It matters from the media critique standpoint!
For the record, the whole thing was a wankfest.
Of course, now it's gone viral. Which was the object of it all ...

The Big Lie
What was the name of that guy who perfected the Big Lie? Had a heavy beard, swore a lot. Can't seem to remember, so long ago...Fixin or Pixon or ... well, whatever, probably doesn't matter anyway. He was just awful; Obama's crowd couldn't be anything like him.
BIO: it was Adolph somebody
From wiki "big lie": "It was defined by Adolf Hitler in his 1925 autobiography Mein Kampf as a lie so "colossal" that no one would believe that someone "could have the impudence to distort the truth so infamously"

Now, now, MyIQ
Adolph Fixin? Nah, that's not it. In American politics it was Dick Nixon who made it work.
Not that I'm saying Obama is Nixonian, he is not. But a lot of media amd especially the blogosphere operates on the Big Lie - think FOX and Limbaugh and Drudge and Politico and Sully and recently HuffPo and now a few others, in the OFB
; they've gotten good at it. A very sorry thing in my estimation, and not something to be imitated.
The only way we can separate ourselves from evil is by holding to the truth.
speaking as a southerner,
and one who has lived in the carolinas, no less, i can tell you that we do say them and em a lot.
but i'm with paul, i heard er in that clip.
