And genius like this should be preserved before Wikipedia’s NPOV killer T-Cells destroy it. Here’s the current entry for Time para-Editor Richard Stengel:

And why this foul-mouthed vituperation?
Glenn. Read the whole thing. But the money paragraph:
To Time, Klein’s so-called “reporting error” wasn’t that he falsely described the [FISA reform] bill. No; describing the bill accurately isn’t the role of a journalist. Klein’s only “reporting error” was that he only wrote down what one side said (the Republicans). He “forgot” to write down what the Democrats said. Now that the Editors noted in passing that the Democrats disagree, everything is fixed. Their job is done. That’s what they just said about explicitly as it can be said. And they don’t even realize that saying this is a profound indictment on what they do. They think that’s what they’re supposed to do.
Nice to know we’re not really in the Presidential election season yet. Because then things are going to get ugly.

Thx for saving this
A most excellent entry… and yup, they cleaned up over at wiki already. Good reflexes, sir.
sigh… reckon I oughtta wander over and throw a few bucks into wiki’s hat, since it’s not the first time I’ve been entertained at their expense. And they’re often useful otherwise.
tres funny
i hadn’t seen that. wiki is good for this, at least. i hope someone writes one for bush like that, and eventually it become permanent because he has no defenders left…
