Yes I suspect whoever came up with these things will make a bundle but their most likely target buyers are people like xan. It will make a truly wonderful collectors item. It is not just a ’joke’ or ’funny’ and I’m really offended that CD — who is usually so right in — fails to get that. It’s offensive and it’s meant to be. It’s not ’cool,’ it’s not ’funny.’ It’s flat out offensive and the sort of thing one of those AM radio pigs would promote.

I realize it is probably a wingnut product put out by some guy sitting in his garage and emasculated just by seeing HRC on the tube. But on the hand, I could see some women find this funny and empowering in that you can laugh at how threatened men feel.

I guess it is like a gender version of the Ford/Corker ads with a blond white chick, but I do think if was something to appear in Rush’s magazine it could have been more offensive and other than a pearl necklace, Hillary looks pretty good in this plastic homage.
