    This correction on msnbc.com rubbed me the wrong way a little:
    (Correction: apologies to alert readers who pointed out our original historical stock quote was off the mark.)
    Shouldn't apologies also extend to those who were fed misinformation but didn't notice it? Like the Howler says, "Caveat lector."

    The worst thing about being rubbed the wrong way are those ingrown hairs that happen because they stop growing out the correct way.

    I think this sums up the stock market.
