Larry Summers shouldn't be President of the World Bank because he helped defraud both the US government, and Russia

Or maybe that's a qualification for the job, now that I think about it. Go read this excellent post from mathbabe. This seems to sum it all up:

And a cesspit of corruption. Never mind Summers lost his job; why was he even in the running? Summers then failed upward to ruin economic policy for The Drone King. Yay!
