The point is that I don’t even know what such is supposed to “mean,” but I do know that some people are, um, very confused, when it comes to “race” and how it is represented. If you don’t think this is a political post, think again. There’s more here than meets, ahem, the I.

bruise under one blue eye isn’t a guy, something is very wrong with the photo… the one in the red, I buy as a chick; the one hanging over her shoulder strikes me as the long-lost baby Swayze brother.

I just keep reading how all the young ’uns these days are “post-racial” as if anyone could be such a thing growing up in this country or, hell, this world. Seems to me like it’s just an excuse not to have to talk about race (or racism or, while we’re at it sex or sexism) and act like you’re above all those excesses of the 60s and 70s. And I don’t mean that in terms of the on-going campaign, Obama has only tapped into that feeling of superiority that most of us only have when we’re young before the world kicks the shit out of us, he didn’t invent it. You know, it’s the same kind of arrogance that can lead a young dude to put shoe polish on his face because he doesn’t realize it makes him look like an orange-tinted, privileged, entitled jackass. Although I’d believe any of those boys are black before I’d believe they’re straight.

This might have nothing to do with race...

Looks like these guys have had their heads dipped in iodine. Kinda boggles the mind. If they want to be post racial why aren’t there any other races in those pics?
