"It's water over the deck - get over it," [Republican operative and Supreme Court "Justice"] Scalia said, eliciting a loud burst of laughter from the audience.

"Water over the deck" of the sinking ship of democracy. Funny ha ha. Jeebus, go hunting with Dick "Dick" Cheney, wouldja? Try the duck pits.

Funny, isn't it, how Scalia doesn't mention the "good for this one time only" nature of Bush v Gore, while professing his reverence for the equal protection of the laws.
