No rendirse, muchacho: Dan Rather WILL NOT Settle CBS Suit

I know, I know, I know. Passe, declasse, all that stuff. Old hat, old news, not what we want to discuss here today.
But, dammit, we still have a REPORTER fighting the SUITS over the bias and the deference to it that helped w/Cheney wreck the country.

Give 'em hell, Daniel. I remember those muttonchop sideburns in the old White House Press Room, and, "No, Mr. President, are you?" {read the comments in that first link too!} Nifty fact you won't find elsewhere?

FYI, GOP attorney Dick Thornburgh, who enjoys close ties to the Bush family, was ultimately selected to investigate CBS's reporting on George W. Bush's national guard service. Thornburgh's law firm billed CBS $594,000 for its work on the "independent" panel.
