In case it's somehow not obvious, Hillary's position here is far different from Obama's.

She is -- where many folks are happy to put her -- in a damned-if-she-does, damned-if-she-doesn't situation.

If she takes a strong stand on FISA, she's upstaging the new head of her party (the party she's famously tried to destroy in her monstrous, she-devil, racist, entitled, etc., etc. ways).

If she votes alongside Obama, she's just as bad, and Obama can no longer be criticized for his weaselly position on our Constitutional freedoms.

Obama wanted the ball, and he's got it. It's in his court
