Oh well, we can console ourselves with <a href="http://joe-haldeman.livejournal.com/" target="_blank">Live Journal</a>) in particular ever since I read <a href="http://www.amazon.com/Forever-War-Joe-Haldeman/dp/0060510862/ref=sr_1_11?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1218685396&amp;sr=1-11" target="_blank">The Forever War</a>. I have read all his books since and they keep getting better (<a href="http://www.amazon.com/Accidental-Time-Machine-Joe-Haldeman/dp/0441016162/ref=pd_bbs_sr_2?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1218685396&amp;sr=1-2" target="_blank">The Accidental Time Machine</a> was great but then again, I love the time travel sub-genre). The latest one is <a href="http://search.barnesandnoble.com/booksearch/results.asp?WRD=marsbound" target="_blank">Marsbound</a>. It belongs to the first contact genre, humans meet aliens.</p>     ]]></summary>
