why does this make us "wrong?" about vitter? it's the word of
two different hookers, right? the diaper girl and the condom girl? who says a john can't go to different women for different kinks? i have never been a john, but i do choose which type of woman i'm going to sleep with based on my mood and go back to a particular woman for a specific thang.
taking condoms with him is to prevent someone from being able to make another Blue Dress with his dna on it. it's actually "smart," in that penny wise pound foolish sort of way. i suppose he thought that he could get caught with a hooker and that would be OK (and so far, he's been right) but feared what more creative opponents could do with a little bit of Vitter-juice and a compliant media.
what is most interesting is that a Republican is thinking this way (assuming he is). in a strong, united Republican party, one that was in control of all three branches and then some, you'd think a powerful member (heh) wouldn't fear someone playing Blue Dress games or tailing hookers who serviced republican elites. but he was worried enough to take his jizz with him and risk his wife finding it in the car or whatever. i wonder who spooked him most?
