(i presume everyone here is aware of the fact that since October 1, we have an active military unit stationed here in the US for domestic operations, under the control of NorthCom.)

Tinfoil hats, chain mail, new fads!

As was said in the comments there, things like tinfoil hats and clothing, chain mail, metal reflectors, microwave doors made into shields, and other objects that deflect microwaves could all deflect those things.

Of course, that means that families and unprotected people will be literally fried, which would probably mean women, children and the elderly. As usual, they will get the brunt of the suffering caused by the rulers that want to use these things against the populace.
