CNN’S ED HENRY: Just so I understand, you’re saying the people in the CIA who followed through on what they were told was legal, they should not be prosecuted? But why not the Bush administration lawyers who, in the eyes of a lot of your supporters on the left, twisted the law, why are they not being held accountable?

I'm not sure I'm getting this. How is what Gibbs said in any way relevant to the fact that Jane Harman shilled for the Bush administration? This sounds like a "Hillary did it , too"-type comparison. How is BarbinMD deserving of any criticism, here?
I'm not sure I much mind holding up a mirror to a greater movement to show what they missed and what they didn't, but I fail to see how BarbinMD is personally deserving of criticism for not finding and/or including a comment by Gibbs (BTW, the link is incorrect) along side his/her criticism of Harman. Maybe, the corrected link will connect this for me?
