NOTE The utterly amazing thing about the whole "waiting for General Petraeus to, er, sign off on his report" kabuki is that, as it turns out, Bush doesn't even trust a political general to write a politicized report. Jeebus, Bush picked Petraeus for his mad teabagging skillz, and so now He goes into auto-teabag mode? What's wrong with these people?
