Henry III Aster

This is a small, double flower aster, Henry III. It is a late summer through fall blooming aster that I've mostly seen in planters. It has an 18-24" clumping spread. A nice pollinator attractor. This hybrid was introduced in 2007.

was very interesting looking, but this is my idea of a beautiful (full) blossom.
