"The progressive right"

That phrase jumped out at me over at Angry Bear; I'll be interested to see if it propagates.

Because it would be hilarious, in a mordant way, if the right stole the "progressive"'s clothes.

But then this is what "progressives" would get for:

1. Never making clear what it means to be a progressive, except for:

2. being in favor of "progress", which is

3. never defined, except for being

4. incremental, which the unkind might say means

5. billable, especially if you're a wannabe Democratic strategist (which also entails

6. never critiquing Obama except mildly (and after the fact)), which

7. has produced and will continue to produce process-focused outcomes that, to be kind,

8. have exhibited and will continue to exhibit massive lack of win*, especially

9. for those who really need the government to work for them. (See under health care (2013), housing (nada), finance reform (zilch), jobs (zip).

All being, I would say, the outcome of the internal struggles of the FKDP 2003-2008, and whether or not manufactured by the banksters, certainly not undesirable from their standpoint. Yay!

Now, why a "the progressive right" would wish to steal such clothes is the question I'd ask. Should be interesting!

NOTE * I'm being kind. I mean FAIL.
