Can we please stop this nonsense that Conngressman Foley (R-Neverland) didn't have sex with minors?

Or are the Republicans arguing that phone sex isn't really sex?

(I seem to remember that what "is" and is not sex was a topic of feverish discussion when the sex was between consulting adults, one of whom was a Democrat.)
