Republicans take the high road on anti-Occupy rhetoric

lambert's picture

Frank Luntz's (well, public) advice. No, it's not Frank Luntz who's calling the Occupiers filth and vermin.

That happy task was been left to the embedded stenographers of our famously free press, who have no doubt been briefed -- perhaps in conference calls? -- by whoever's developing the narratives for the mayors over at DHS, which rely heavily in "clean[s]ing," "sanitation," garbage trucks, hoses, and so forth. Then again, the press has always enjoyed hippie punching, so perhaps it's an emergent conspiracy: A happy marriage between authoritarians and authoritarian followers.

And has anybody else noticed that the vile press is using the same rhetoric for the Occupiers that the Nazis used for the Jews? Just saying.

NOTE And since when did the banksters have clean hands? Manicured, sure, but clean?

And visuals, like having sanitation workers wear hazmat

suits? Step in disinfectant before entering vehicles? That has to be planned.

Good reading! Favorite quote: What could go wrong?
Beyond war, inflation, the end of the technology/productivity wave, and financial collapse, we think the most potent and short-term threat would be societies demanding a more ‘equitable’ share of wealth.
