I think I'm going to go out and deal with some more fucking mildew. Oh, here's a list of the Democrat Party traitors who destroyed the Constitution today:
Democrats voting against removing immunity: Bayh - Carper - Conrad - Feinstein - Innouye - Johnson - Kohl - Landrieu - Lincoln - McCaskill - Mikulski - Nelson (FL) - Nelson (Neb.) - Pryor - Rockefeller - Salazar - Webb.
Hey, I think it's great we're going to have more Blue Dogs in the Senate. Don't you? What could go wrong?

Four More Years
and then Feinstein should be gone. I'll say this for DiFi, she's not pandering for votes, given that she's unlikely to run again and nearly doubled up her opponent in the last election. She doesn't need the campaign contributions either, given that she's unlikely to run in 2012. Nope, I'd say she votes for these things because she genuinely believes in shredding the Constitution. Although on the telecom immunity she might also be protecting her fellow Californians Pelosi and Harmon. I notice Boxer feels no need to do that, however.
I'm going to start it now - Jackie Speier for U.S. Senate in 2012.

although running for governator now, would be my dream replacement - I'd like his green goodness in the Senate.
Four more long years
And then Ahnold will run for the seat. Careful what you wish for.
I'd like to see Speier in the Senate as well, but I doubt she'll run. Jackie is a good and decent person. Just finally getting to the House in Leo Ryan's old district is a huge satisfaction, and I believe she will want to honor both her dead mentor and the people of the district who've been good to her for many years by staying put.
I Don't Think She'll Run Either
but we're going to need someone with her star potential to face off against Arnold. We can not put up another bland Democrat like we did the last time or we're going to lose the seat.
As for Arnold, the interesting question for me is whether he could win the GOP primary. He didn't have to do that with the recall and he's not very popular with his own party.

Blah, Feinstein
She gave the same spiel she gave for her yea vote on the AUMF: my constituents don't want this but I have secret information and I have to vote yea!
I can't stand her.
As I recall
the Telecoms have a heavy presence in California, so in that sense they are DiFi's constituents.
But she's a DINO
on most issues anyway.

You might want to update your list--don't want to leave the underserving out of the Hall of Shame.
You expected what, from a bunch of surrender monkey Dems?
Pelosi, Reid, Feinstein, I expected to find in the tank. Webb surprised me; the guy's usually smarter than this.
But Dodd and Feingold,, now -- they deserve some thanks; Dodd and Clinton both have Presidential campaign debt to retire, if you've got any spare change lying around.
Oh, and back to the post topic: We don't hear that "Professor of Constitutional Law" talking point anymore cause it is now easily demonstrable bullshit, not just regular BHO bullshit.

I don't think it's a matter of surrenduring, at this point
This is what they genuinely want -- at least the Reid, Pelosi, Obama troika and enough of the rest to matter. They let the Republicans make the running, now they're going to consolidate the gains.

Change Ya Kin Baleeve In!!!!!!!!! (cough) Filibuster? (cough)
Too bad the “Constitutional Law Perfesser” couldn’t have voted “present”, or “pressed the wrong button” like he did so many times as an Illinois lawmaker.
Now, if you want to read some satire, just go to all of the Obama blogs and read all about the courage Obama showed today.

Perhaps Obama Didn't Know
what the word filibuster meant when he promised to support one in January? It's happened before.

You missed putting Obama on your list of Democratic Party traitors who crapped on the Constitution.
Worst part is that he's the UNFIT nominee of the party.
Voting for him is like voting to put a Blue Dog in the White House.
So I did...
Silly me. RL...
