Secesh: Georgia, Oklahoma and South Dakota Ready

and all three states' legislatures passed resolutions to that effect THIS YEAR in response to "a threat" to the "right to keep and bear arms." At least here in Texas it's just the (usual idiocy from our) Governor mouthing off.
Here's a snippet from the Georgia legislation:

all powers previously delegated to the United States of America by the Constitution for the United States shall revert to the several States individually. Any future government of the United States of America shall require ratification of three quarters of the States seeking to form a government of the United States of America and shall not be binding upon any State not seeking to form such a government.

Over at TPM they've got more about this as well as the DHS report warning law enforcement that real live homegrown American terrorists are popping up on the national radar like lightning-strikes on a super-doppler severe weather screen.
