The Fed still won't tell us where our money went.
[Congressman Alan Grayson:]"What do you think might happen if they knew how their $1.2 trillion had been spent? Do you think they might be angry?"
[Fed Vice Chair Donald Kohn] "No. They can judge from what we're telling them....."
Why would anybody be angry? I'm not angry. In fact, I've offered to donate a kidney to a rich person if that's what it would take to restore confidence....
NOTE Incidentally, while I'm very, very happy to see Bowers taking up the cudgles on this story, as well as the increasingly populist Dems, Corrente readers have known what's going on for months. Prematurely correct, once again... So I encourage all our readers to use the links at the bottom of this post to navigate all our posts on The Big Shit Storm. There's a wealth of information.

I'm ashamed that any of our Congressmen
would be so rude as to ask where our $1.2 trillion went. If everyone can just agree to bend over, we wouldn't have this ugly partisanship. Thank heavens there isn't much of it about.
This is as good a time as any to make clear that I'm posting
here under a pen name.
