Stop me if you've heard this one before

Gee whiz, I'm sure nobody saw this one coming!

The White House said Wednesday it had mishandled Republican Party-sponsored e-mail accounts used by nearly two dozen presidential aides, resulting in the loss of an undetermined number of e-mails concerning official White House business.

Honestly, there's plenty of things I could write about this bullshit, this blatant lying, tampering with evidence, and ignoring acts of Congress. The snark boils within me.

I will just say this. These guys are playing for keeps, and the Democrats had better start doing the same. As in, give us the RNC servers within 48 hours or you are in contempt of Congress. You don't back down after they spit in your face like this, you up the ante. The Democrats are definitely flexin' lately, but this is straight up Nixon and if it isn't on the front pages by Friday then we ought to just give up.

um, yeah

I would subpoena the e-mail servers immediately. This is pretty blatant. My guess is they deleted that stuff in the last two or three weeks -- and there will be logs that will tell us that on the servers.
