Romney's running on his character as a religious leader; so is Huckabee. It's their platform, for pity's sake.

So, we can't attack what they're running on?

These are the guys who want religion in the public square. In fact, they want their religion to run the public square!

Well, surprise. Anything in the public square is open to question and criticism.

So suck it up, Willard.

NOTE Not that I don't welcome an All-Star Celebrity Cage Match between the Godly Underoos crowd and a gaggle of vehemently schismatic clergy abusers. That's all good!

it's so tired, as a meme. but, i respect how well it still works. second to calling them weak on terra, there's no better way to make a democrat backtrack than to whine about how mean they are to xtians. poor, benighted lil buggers. the oppression must be so hard to bear, even as i'm pretty sure that's what they're supposed to do re: the instruction of their god. silently.
