Nowhere else to go

The spirit of Lolita rises to challenge of the politics of the Ring, as O-life imitates art and Tolkein and Nabokov are revisited.

One hears it everywhere. The warnings, the insults, the charges of racism and anti-Americanism and all because a few, who turned into a rapidly increasing flood, stood up and said, “NOBama”.

“You have no choice. Don’t you stupid women realize that McCain will take away all of your rights, the rights given you and protected by Democrats? OK, we know you are pissed because Hillary lost. Tough titties. Get over it. Come home to the Party and drink the kool-aid, safe and happy under the giant wings of the newest self-proclaimed Archangel – the leader of the whole world. You have nowhere else to go.” Read below the fold...

Hell has no fury...

Never mind, they’ll come back. They always do, you know. Women get cruelly battered and still keep returning to their batterer. BUT NOT THIS TIME!

"No self respecting woman should wish or work for the success of a party that ignores her self." - Susan B. Anthony, 1872

We still support Hillary despite the combined power of the Democratic Party hacks, the Media Whores, and the illicit money men of the Obama campaign who have waged a vicious, nasty, hate filled, sexist campaign against her.

They continually battered her and when they battered her, they battered us. Read below the fold...

OK, what are we going to do now

You read of the non-Boyz blogs and you realize that nothing has changed. Everyone is in denial. Unless hell freezes over, Obama sadly enough is the Democratic party nominee.

The vast majority of posters, commenters and readers of the non-Boyz blogs believe that Obama is a risk to the country. He is not much of a risk to the Party; the Party is in ruins already.

Are we organizing a write-in campaign? Are we staying at home on election day? What are we going to do with Pelosi, Read and others who whored for Obama? Are we going to try and topple them too? Read below the fold...

Oh yeah?

Michelle Bernard, one of MSNBC's new "political analysts," said recently:

"There is no way the super-delegates can take this away from Barack Obama. There will be race riots in the street."

On the other hand, Michelle, "Hell has no fury like a whole bunch of women scorned." Read below the fold...

Hit ordered on Hillary

Thread:

Many of you have commented on how violent the bloggers for BO have become. Also many now see how the mean-stream media [msm] and so-called Liberal Talk, Air America Radio are in collusion.

When AAR began, it criticized the msm for its myopic, one sided presentation of the news but now they are joined at the hip, with “stars” of both being exchanged to join the celestial chorus for the Precious one, their Messiah, BO.

So anti-Hillary comments are now de rigeur on AAR as the various hosts call on her to quit for the good of the party. They are backing up in spirit and fact MSNBC’s Keith Oldermann’s calling for a hit on Senator Hillary Clinton. Yes indeed – birds of a feather flock together, you are known for the company you keep. Hillary's Visit To The Xerox Machine

phat endorses Clinton (mostly unreservedly)

I wrote this in response to a Facebook message from a friend of mine to a few other friends. The backstory is about that silly little "Black-eyed Peas" tune and whether or not cool points win Obama the election. My friend who brought this up is very bright and don't let that backstory let you think he's not thinking deeper.

But this is my response.

I don't know the dynamics of this blog well, and I'm not even sure if I should be posting this here, I'm new. But I think it might be appreciated and it's informed by previous posts I've read here. I would like to add more to this, there is always more, but I think I like what I wrote. Again, I think it will be appreciated.

Here we go:

Cool points do count. I like the new faces. I like the new involvement. Read below the fold...

Hillary: The candidate only the Beltway can love!

Tags:

Of course, it's Chris Cilizza writing this, so we can't be sure if it's the pundit class exhibiting some dim form of self-awareness, or if he's setting the Democrats up for a loss (just like the press gamed Obama into declaring early, thus making the whole process start absurdly early, and putting a premium on--surprise--money and bucks for the consultants, instead of a candidate really tested by the voters). DiFi's endorsed Hillary?

Tags:

Apparently so. That's all I need to know.

And apparently, DLC fave Evan Bayh is going to endorse her too. That's big news at Versailles on the Potomac.

If Hillary barks like a Bush dog, does that make her a Bush dog?

Times:

“[CLINTON] We’ve begun to change tactics in Iraq, and in some areas, particularly in Al Anbar Province, it’s working,” said Mrs. Clinton, the New York Democrat and candidate for her party’s presidential nomination.

Great lead in. Jeebus, couldn't you at least wait for Bush to write General Petraeus's report? I can see the capitulation coming a mile off, this time. Read below the fold...

Hillary in White House prayer group with Republican fixer James Baker and Ken Starr minister's wives

Words fail me.

Via Bernstein's WaPo chat:

In the first month of the Clinton presidency she joined a women's prayer group whose members included Susan Baker, the wife of Reagan-Bush chief of staff/sec. of state James Baker, as well as the wife of the Washington Redskins chaplain who was also the minister of the McLean church where Kenneth Starr and other conservative Republican luminaries worship.

So, where does Hillary stand on signing statements?

Tags:

Does she even understand we're in a Constitutional crisis?

If a Democrat is elected President, and allowed to take office, and all of Bush's Constitutional depredations and destructions stay in place, what have we won?

Zip, because our system of government will have been destroyed.

I don't want a "good" authoritarian in power any more than I want Bush in power.

NOTE Of course, I'd also like to know where Hillary stands on purging all the Christianist apparatchiks from the civil service, which is supposed to be non-partisan and professional. Read below the fold...
