Just breaking on CNN so no link yet, but Sen. David "Ho Luv" Vitter got us all excited by announcing he was going to make a statement, and then instead of a resignation it turned out to be a Huggies moment wherein he "regretted mistakes" or some such horseshit, then said he was staying so he could work on a pet issue...
