Tonight's Tom Ashbrook on a local public channel topic was the primaries in light of race and class. The discussion turned around Obama vs Clinton with respect to race and the lower class. First, guys wake up, race is not black and white only. We have more brown than black now. Second, guys there is the issue of sex also and it is not less important than the other two mentioned issues.
Ms. Newman from the LAT demonstrated again that most journalist are born without an intellect. According to her: Clinton "brings" the white lower class. If she is right, the Obama won California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, etc. She did however mention women, but accordingly they became an issue only the last month.
It's not malice and it isn't Obama support, it's inability to read the facts, inattention to details and following the mob.
They came the Professor from Emory. According to him the lower classes have left the Democrats long ago and didn't even cause Kerry real problems. Mr. professor, if the lower class left, who the hell votes for Clinton? Ghosts? The professor said that the shortages Obama incurs in the ghost vote can be made up by minority votes who are now 25% of the Democratic voters. Sure, especially using the huge percentage of Hispanic voters who support Obama. Hey, professor: late bulletin - there are more Hispanics than African Americans and they vote Clinton.
Was I dreaming?

dog whistle, big time!
Clinton “brings” the white lower class.
The inference is that, as 90% of African Americans vote for Obama because he's AA, so the huge majority of white lower class voters cast their ballots for Hillary Clinton because she's....
I'm amazed at the writer's sensitivity in using the euphemism "lower class" instead of the more common term: "trash".
This portrait of the typical Clinton voter as a "white trash, racist, dried up old hag" seems to salve the consciences of the Obamabots and MCM whores. When it comes right down to it, it isn't just Hillary they demonize and denigrate, it is anyone who supports her, as well.
(If you're some other demographic -- i.e. AA, LGBT, ABC, XYZ -- you can come up with your own demoralizing self-description.)
No,
all other demographics don't exist. I have either aged about 50 years this election and become a racist or have become a ghost.
