Governor Rick Snyder tonight signed Right To Work into law, making Michigan the 24th state in the country to enshrine Right To Work for Less. This is inside the Michigan State Capitol! (12-11-2012) During "The Day Of Action", massive rally at the Michigan State Capitol! Demonstrators filled the Michigan capitol's rotunda and at one point attempted to rush the Senate floor.

Police pepper spray Michigan union members in 'right to work' protest

Police used pepper spray on crowds in Michagan as protesters fought against the newly-passed 'right to work' law. There have also been scuffles between demonstrators and people who support the legislation.

Thousands of Union members,Teachers,Nurses, and community members had there voices heard the Governor apparently felt the need to have the people pepper sprayed and intimidated by talk of CS gas and hundreds of police with batons and riot gear.

Democratic State Representatives Richard Hammel and Tim Greimel spoke at the rally against Right To Work at the Capitol in Lansing, Michigan. Both had held a presser the day before urging Governor Rick Snyder to slow down or stop the legislation, but their pleas fell on deaf ears, and the governor signed the two bills into law later that evening.
