Seriously?
A state that sustains the people instead of feeding off them. If you abolish slavery from the Constitution of the United States of America, you change the very foundation of the economy by taking away the leverage of "free labor." Takes away a certain edge of a predatory state system. You can govern through reason and not terror.

Incidentally, I think "feeding off" is a very close to an actual truth--Super-organic beings, corps, feeding off the flesh of "human resources" in order to grow and reproduce.
